Swart Tobie Hiking Trail

The Swart Tobie Trail is a 4 day hike, covering 42km up the West Coast. 

During the hike, about 10km a day, you will experience virtually unexplored beaches of the West Coast, beautiful wild flowers (especially in flower season), coastal landforms and if you’re lucky, whales and dolphins.

The trail is a slack packing trail and you need to supply everything except water and firewood.

The accommodation is rustic and outside, so bring all your creature comforts with you.

Please note that there are 2-Day (shorter distance) and 4-Day trails available and a certain amount of hiking experience is needed.
